HISTORY OF THE GROUP
An organisation that started as a single entity, Altinez Pharma ltd will be facing the new decade, nay future as a group. Conventional thinking will ascribe a lot of advantages to a group with regards to size, finance, product lines and manpower. This thought pattern would have been absolutely correct save that times have also changed. The regulatory, marketing and competitive environment when we started is no longer what it is today, thus the perceived advantages of being a group may have paled into insignificance given the exponential rate of change we see now. It is therefore imperative that we, today as Altinez Group understand that in this new decade, no longer use conventional modes of thought, measurement, or planning.
OUR COMPANY
AL-TINEZ Group is made up of five different subsidiaries. These subsidiaries are independent and handle various businesses of the company. The subsidiaries are strategic business units of the groups. Each subsidiary is headed by a marketing manager. The marketing manager, the Area Sales managers, the Accountant and Admin officer make up the management team of every subsidiary.
